Manage the planning and execution of the production schedule according to customer schedule.

Maintain performance management across the shift to ensure consistency in approach and aid communication with the department. Lead and promote a culture of safety, Excellence continuous improvement.

Technical knowledge in the manufactured products and equipment’s.

Handling of department in shift under control of respective assistant managers.

Taking all activities with safety precautions,

Minimize man power with maximum productivity.

Minimize Rejection,

Trying to solve online technical problems if any.

Maintaining good discipline in plant by good control Responsibility and Leadership character,

apart from good Motivator.

Followup Raw Materials from RM dispensing tomorrows plan for production.

Co-ordination with QC, QA, MAINTENANCE, AND PACKING Departments to meet the daily target of

production.

Training of workers from various Equipments.

Planning the production schedule as per market requirement by communicating with P.P.Team & concern

superiors.

Preparation of monthly plan co-ordinate with superiors and production managers.

Audits various departments as a part of self inspection
